Yummy Chicken Noodle Recipe







Ingredients



  • 4 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 1 (1oz) packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Fritos
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 oz bacon pieces


Method

  1. Prepare egg noodles following the normal steps, drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C degrees.
  3. Spray slightly a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
  4. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, dressing mix, bacon and cheese.
  5. Stir in cooked egg noodles.
  6. Cast mixture into prepared pan.
  7. Top with crushed Fritos.
  8. Cook for about 30 minutes, until heated through.

Chicken Thighs with Soy Sauce and Honey Recipe







Ingredients



  • 1.5 kilograms of chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220 C degrees.
  2. Mix together garlic , olive oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger,salt and pepper in a large plastic storage bag.
  3. Add the chicken to plastic bag.
  4. Put chicken in baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
  5. Bake the chicken for about 40 minutes with turning the chiken thighs up and down.
  6. Serve warm with rice, broccoli and enjoy.

Delicious Teriyaki Ginger Chicken Wings Recipe







Ingredients



  • 1 kilogram of chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 5 halved garlic cloves
  • 3 chopped sprigs green onion
  • 2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 210 C degrees.
  2. Set chicken wings over a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes then remove from oven.
  5. Turn each chicken piece over, take back to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. To make the teriyaki sauce add all sauce ingredients : soy sauce, orange juice, hoisin sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, green onion, and the ginger to a large saucepan and simmer over low heat for about 12 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  7. Take chicken wings out from the oven, cast the sauce over chicken wings.
  8. Take the wings back to the oven for another 20 minutes.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.

Broil Tilapia Fish With Parmesan Cheese







Ingredients



  • 900 grams skinless tilapia fish
  • 2 dashes tabasco sauce
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 75 grams shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 80 grams of softened butter
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Preheat the oven broiler.
  2. Grease baking dish with some butter.
  3. Put in small bowl parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, butter, green onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper and tabasco and mix well.
  4. Lay out fish in a single layer in baking dish.
  5. Grill fish for about 7 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and expand parmesan mixture over it.
  7. Grill for about 2 to 3 additional minutes.
  8. Serve warm with rice and enjoy.

Yummy Potatoes and Chicken Dish







Ingredients



  • 5 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped thyme , rosemary
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 6 thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 uncooked thick cut bacon slices
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 150 C degrees.
  2. Grease an iron skillet with olive oil and set aside.
  3. Use a very sharp knife to thinly slice the potatoes and onions.
  4. Mince the garlic and finely chop the rosemary and thyme.
  5. Mix the sliced potatoes, onions, minced garlic, fresh herbs in a large bowl .
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Arrange layers of the potatoes in the prepared skillet.
  8. Place the chicken drumsticks on top of the potatoes and finish with pieces of roughly chopped bacon.
  9. Pour the chicken stock in the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  10. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in the oven.
  11. Bake for about 2 hours (don't open the oven in this 2 hours).
  12. When the time is up ,open the oven and remove the aluminum foil.
  13. Turn the broiler on and cook for one more 5 minutes or until the potatoes slices and chicken get a little brown color.
  14. Serve this dish warm and enjoy.

Salmon Fillets With Brown Sugar Recipe







Ingredients



  • 4 to 5 salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon joice


Method

  1. Season the salmon fillets with the salt , pepper, lemon joice and garlic powder.
  2. Mix together the soy sauce , brown sugar, water and oil in a small bowl.
  3. Put the fillets into a plastic bag.
  4. Cast in the marinade mixture, seal and turn to coat.
  5. Freeze for about 1 1/5 hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 230 C degrees.
  7. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil and make a few slits through the foil with a knife to allow juices to drain while cooking.
  8. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  9. Place your fillets on the broiler pan and discard the leftover marinade.
  10. Take the fillets to the oven for about 17 minutes.
  11. Move the fillets to an oven rack close to the broiler and broil on high for an additional 5 minutes.
  12. You can make sure that the salmon fillets are cooked when the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Barbecue Chicken Salad Recipe







Ingredients



  • 2 boneless, skinless thin-sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cut cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup cut monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced tortilla
  • 3/4 cup of tinned black beans, (drained and rinsed)
  • 3/4 cup tinned corn kernels, drained
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium high temperature.
  2. Add flavoring (salt and pepper) to chicken breasts, to taste.
  3. Add to frying pan and cook, flipping once, until cooked through for about 5 minutes for each side.
  4. Allow to cool before dicing into bite-size pieces.
  5. To piece the salad together , place romaine lettuce in a large dish, top with chicken, corn, tomato , onion, beans and cheeses.
  6. Cast Ranch dressing and barbecue sauce on top of the salad and toss to combine softly.
  7. Serve right away, topped with tortilla strips.

Delicious Dish Of Meatloaf And Gravy







Ingredients



    Meatloaf

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup bread morsels
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely divided onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 black pepper
  • Gravy

  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons butter


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C degrees.
  2. Butter a loaf pan.
  3. Mix up the ground beef, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, milk, thyme, onion, and rosemary.
  4. Pack into loaf pan and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill for about 1 hour to set and cook it for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  6. In the meanwhile prepare the gravy.
  7. Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan.
  8. Add flour and stir.
  9. Prepare the flour and butter mixture stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
  10. Add the stock and stir with a wire whisk until blended.
  11. Add milk, thyme, Worcestershire sauce and Kitchen Spices and stir to blend.
  12. Set flavoring with salt and pepper to your taste and serve over meatloaf.
  13. You can present this plat with rice and peas.

Sesame Chicken Recipe







Ingredients



  • 5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • Dash of ground cloves


Method

  1. Put in a large closed plastic bag blend flour, ground ginger, black pepper, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, cloves, and cinnamon and blend carefully.
  2. Set chicken into the bag and shake to coat.
  3. Take the melange and make it in a platter.
  4. Whet together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce honey in a small bowl .
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Place chicken into skillet, and brown on both sides, about 5 or 6 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat to low. Mix in teriyaki and honey mixture and stir until sauce thickens.
  8. Stir in sesame seeds and serve it warm.

Sweet Caramelized Pear Cake







Ingredients



  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 3 ripe thinly sliced pears
  • 3 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter,(let some extra butter for greasing)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, very soft
  • A whit of nutmeg


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Rubbing some Lightly butter in the sides of a 9-inch around the cake pan.
  3. Mix the butter, cinnamon, sugar, and whit of nutmeg in a small pot and heat to boiling, then remove from heat.
  4. Put the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Construct the pears over the butter mixture and press down.
  6. Blend the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until creamy, about 1 minute.
  7. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until you get a very smooth creme for about 2 minutes.
  8. Splatter in the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt, and beat 10 seconds.
  9. Pour in the milk and beat just until the batter is evenly moistened for about 1 minute.
  10. Pour the mixture over the pears, then carefully lift the pan and bang back down on the counter once or twice to release any air bubbles.
  11. Cook for about 45 minutes and check everytime with a knife if it comes out clean.
  12. Run a knife along the outer edge of the cake to loosen it from the pan.
  13. Place a plate over the cake, then flip it over to invert the cake onto the pan.
  14. Let the cake cool completely before serving.
  15. Better served warm and in the same day.

Yummy Crunchy Chicken With Parmesan And Garlic







Ingredients



  • 2 large defrosted chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoon divided garlic (better to be fresh)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup whole wheat panko small pieces
  • ½ cup fresh shred parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to savor


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 205 °C.
  2. Dunk each chicken breast in olive oil.
  3. Make thin sections into the top of each chicken breast and stuff with garlic.
  4. Blend panko and parmesan together in a shallow plate.
  5. Dunk each chicken breast into the panko and parmesan mixture then place them into a baking plate.
  6. Top with a spray of black pepper.
  7. Cook for about 30 minutes or more until you make sure that there is no pink.

Ingredients



  • 1 cup mexi blend cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package 50 count small wonton wraps
  • 1 tablespoon ranch spices
  • 2 jalapeno peppers seeded and diced
  • 8oz Cream Cheese


Method

  1. Mix the cheeses, ranch and peppers with each other in a pot.
  2. Open your wonton wraps set each wrap out onto a plane face.
  3. Put a small drop of padding into the middle of each wrap.
  4. Get a small pot of water, with your finger wet the edge of the wonton with the water.
  5. Pleat in half, the water gonna stamp the edges together.
  6. Fry the wontons in oil over medium-high heat.They cool really fast, about 40 seconds on each side.
  7. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  8. Serve warm.

Cheesy Pasta Primavera Recipe







Ingredients



  • 3 cups uncooked Fettuccine Alfredo
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli, beans
  • 20 baby carrots, cut into quarters lengthwise
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 can (12 ounces) reduced fat evaporated milk (2%)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheese (you can use an Italian cheese blend mozzarella, gouda, parmesan..)
  • 2 teaspoons butter, cut into little bits


Method

  1. Cook the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the broccoli, asparagus, carrots, beans and garlic in the slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, combine the evaporated milk, milk, cornstarch, salt and cheese.
  4. Transfer the pasta to the slow cooker, stir in the milk mixture and dollop with the bits of butter.
  5. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, until the pasta and vegetables are tender.

Delicious Shrimp Curry Recipe







Ingredients



  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 can undiluted cream of Shrimp soup
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Chopped parsly, scallions
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • ½ cup chopped onion


Method

  1. Place the onion, curry powder and butter in a microwave safe bowl and cook until the onions are tender, about 3 minutes on high.
  2. peel the onion mixture into the slow cooker. Add the soup, sour cream and shrimp. encase and cook on Low for 3 hours, until heated through.
  3. Serve over rice, garnished with chopped scallions, pimento.

Simple Chicken Posole Soup







Ingredients



  • 1 cup green salsa
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped (about 1 medium)
  • 2 cans (about 15 ounces each) white hominy, rinsed and drained too
  • 2-1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • For the garnishes, any or all of the following are great:

  • Chopped avocado
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped tomato
  • Cilantro
  • Lime wedges
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Shredded jicama
  • Slivered radishes


Method

  1. Stir together the onion, stock, salsa, chicken and hominy in a 4 to 5 quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for about 5 hours.
