Ingredients
- 1 cup mexi blend cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 package 50 count small wonton wraps
- 1 tablespoon ranch spices
- 2 jalapeno peppers seeded and diced
- 8oz Cream Cheese
Method
- Mix the cheeses, ranch and peppers with each other in a pot.
- Open your wonton wraps set each wrap out onto a plane face.
- Put a small drop of padding into the middle of each wrap.
- Get a small pot of water, with your finger wet the edge of the wonton with the water.
- Pleat in half, the water gonna stamp the edges together.
- Fry the wontons in oil over medium-high heat.They cool really fast, about 40 seconds on each side.
- Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Serve warm.
