Delectable Chicken And Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes







Ingredients



  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2.5 pounds)
  • 2 packages chicken gravy mix
  • 1 can of the low fat of chicken soup
  • 2 cups water
  • Fresh pepper to savor
  • mashed potatoes


Method

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the dry gravy mix, soup, water and pepper with a whisk until the gravy becomes silky.
  3. Flow the gravy mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or toast (optional).

Sweet Mandarin Chicken Recipe







Ingredients



  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup cornstarch
  • ⅓ cup vinegar


Method

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
  2. Beat the 2 eggs in a shallow bowl and set aside.
  3. Cast cornstarch into a shallow bowl and roll chicken in it.
  4. Dip the chicken breast pieces in beaten eggs.
  5. Heat some oil to cover the bottom of a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
  6. Place coated chicken pieces into the skillet and heat until brown.
  7. Mix together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup and salt in a medium size mixing bowl. Pour on browned chicken pieces.
  8. Cook chicken and the sauce over low heat for about 25 minutes, stirring often, until sauce thickens.
  9. Serve with rice and broccoli.

Cinnamon Roll Cake Recipe





I found this recipe when I was surfing in The Internet and couldn't wait to try it. I finally got a chance to make it last week and it's all it's cracked up to be!

What You'll Need



    Cake:

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp.salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • Topping:

  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • Glaze:

  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


How to Make It

  1. Mix everything together except for the butter.
  2. Slowly stir in the melted butter and pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
  3. For the topping, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Drop evenly over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  5. Bake at 350 for 28-32 minutes.
  6. While warm drizzle the glaze over the cake.
