Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup bread morsels
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely divided onion
- 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 black pepper
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Spices
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 Tablespoons butter

Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C degrees.
- Butter a loaf pan.
- Mix up the ground beef, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, milk, thyme, onion, and rosemary.
- Pack into loaf pan and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill for about 1 hour to set and cook it for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- In the meanwhile prepare the gravy.
- Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan.
- Add flour and stir.
- Prepare the flour and butter mixture stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
- Add the stock and stir with a wire whisk until blended.
- Add milk, thyme, Worcestershire sauce and Kitchen Spices and stir to blend.
- Set flavoring with salt and pepper to your taste and serve over meatloaf.
- You can present this plat with rice and peas.
